            Protein Pancakes
 
Recipe
    - 3/4 cup Birch Bender pancake/waffle mix
    - 2/3 cup almond milk (or milk substitute of your choice)
Directions 
    - Heat a griddle or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Using a 1/4 measure, scoop batter onto your lightly greased and heated griddle or skillet.
- Cook until bubbles have formed and popped.
- Flip pancake to other side and cook an additional minute.
- Remove and dress with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
