Would it be smart or beneficial to use the Carb Repel when carb cycling?


We’re not sure what you are carb cycling for but here’s the 2 possible answers: 1) if you're carb cycling during a weight loss program, then yes it would be ok because it will block some of those calories but you still get to ingest them. 2) If you want the carbs to help load your glycogen system for prolonged energy, then no because you partially defeat the purpose.
